# Access the platform

> Learn how to use the Dunsky Cloud Platform: access the platform. Guidance based on the core-app repository.

Your Dunsky Cloud Platform account determines which workflows you can use. Use the application address supplied for your environment and sign in with your assigned account.

## Network access

The repository’s connection guide describes an application behind a private endpoint. For that environment, install Azure VPN Client and connect to Dunsky VPN before opening the application. Confirm the correct application address with your Dunsky team; addresses can differ between environments.

## Account access

| Account | Workflow |
| - | - |
| Internal user | Model runner and internal modelling tools |
| Client | Guided study scenarios and permitted results |
| Platform administrator | Staff-only administration |

If you cannot see the runner on a client account, use **Explore scenarios** on the DER or DR dashboard. This is an access distinction, not a missing installation.

## If access fails

Check your VPN connection where required and verify you are using the expected account. If your study is missing, contact the Dunsky team responsible for making it available. Include the application address and the exact message shown.
