# Understand user roles

> Understand internal, guided client, and administrative workflows in the Dunsky platform and check the right account context when reviewing changes.

The Dunsky platform presents different workflows depending on the account you use. Choose documentation that matches that workflow.

| User | Workflow |
| - | - |
| Internal analyst | Configure and launch model runs |
| Client | Explore available studies and guided scenarios |
| Authorized administrator | Administration tools |

## Check a workflow

When reviewing a change, check that page labels, controls, and messages match the account being tested. A client should be able to explore a study without needing the internal model-runner instructions.

If a study is unavailable, follow the [access guide](https://docs.models.dunsky.com/en/access.md). See [Guided scenarios](https://docs.models.dunsky.com/en/guided-scenarios.md) for the client workflow.

## Detailed implementation documentation

Internal authorization implementation details remain in the private source repository. Consult that repository with the appropriate access before changing those behaviors.
